Eligibility
- You are 18 or older.
- You provide accurate information about yourself.
- You keep a single account.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secret and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Acceptable behaviour
You must follow the community guidelines. We may review content, remove anything that breaks them, and suspend or permanently ban offending accounts.
Premium and coins
- Subscriptions and payments are handled by your app store and its terms, including auto-renewal and cancellation.
- A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Coins are an in-app virtual balance with no cash value; they cannot be transferred or exchanged.
- Gifts are symbolic and do not give the receiver any balance.
- Refunds follow app store policies or where the law requires.

Widd is a matchmaking platform and does not fully screen members’ backgrounds. Take care when talking or meeting, and never share financial information.
Changes
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about significant changes.
